A HUGE thank you to Hunter & Ross from Salt Lake Tennis & Health Club for taking the time to help us with these stretching exercise videos.

Who’s ready to kick off our Virtual Fall Games?! šŸŽ‰ Before we get started, we want to make sure everyone is staying safe and healthy. šŸ˜· We enlisted the help of our Healthy Athletes Head Clinical Director, Mitch Lillywhite, to give us all more information on COVID-19. This pandemic has affected us all, and it’s up to us to work hard to protect ourselves. Stay tuned for our stretching exercise videos. šŸ‘ Head to our Facebook page to chat with us!

We’re looking forward to hosting our FIRST ever Virtual Fall Games! All of our videos will be hosted here, as well as on our Facebook page. Our award ceremony & break out activity groups will be hosted by the University of Utah’s Games Organizing Committee on ZOOM here: SOUT Virtual Fall Games Award Ceremony. We have 39 athletes participating, and we can’t wait to celebrate all of them! šŸŽ‰
