Join the Central Area Mangement Team!
Special Olympics Utah is looking for individuals like you to join their area managment teams. An Area Management Team is a group of volunteer leaders who work together to strengthen and support each of Special Olympics Utah’s seven geographical areas. These Area Management Teams (AMTs) will hold regular meetings with the support of the Field Service Coordinator and or Regional Sports Manager responsible for the respective geographical area. The Central Area is looking for volunteers to serve in the following positions:
- Athlete Leadership Programs
- Appreciation
- Competition
- Family Involvement
- Finance
- Fundraising
- Outreach
- Technology
- Training
- Volunteer
Upcoming Events
April 17th - HOD Meeting, 6:00pm, Boy Scouts of America Office, 748 North 1340 West Street, Orem, UT.
April 21st - Leadership Conference, 8:15am-5:00pm Airport Holiday Inn, 5001 Wiley Post Way, Salt Lake City, UT. Register by April 16th.
April 27th - Area Summer Games registration due to the SOUT office.
May 18th - Central Area Track and Field Event, check in starts at 8:30am, Mountain View High School, 655 West Center Street, Orem, UT.
June 7-9 - 2012 State Summer Games, Herriman High School, 11917 South Mustang Trail Way (6000 West) Herriman, UT.
