Special Olympics Utah is excited to host our 2026 Salt Lake Health & Wellness Fair at Glendale Middle School. This safe, welcoming, family-friendly event supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families by removing barriers to preventive care and community resources. Free Health Screenings
Our free health screenings are valuable health checks provided by incredible volunteer doctors and medical professionals who have been trained to work specifically with people with IDD. Not only are they caring and passionate, but they are also among the best in their respective fields. Being screened helps you better understand your health and improve it! We offer screenings in the following specialties:
- Primary Care
- Vision and Eye Health
Includes free prescription glasses! - Dental and Oral Health
Includes free fluoride varnish treatment! - Audiology (Hearing)
Includes free ear cleaning - Physical Therapy
Includes fitness test - Podiatry (Foot and Ankle)
Includes free socks - Health Promotion
Prevention, BP testing, and more
Community Resources Tabling

We expect more than 70 vendors and community partners from across Salt Lake City who specialize in serving the IDD community. Each will be available to share resources, provide incentives, and offer referrals as needed.
